October 10-11, 2009   -   Great Bend, Kansas   -   Chapter Annual Meeting
Tour Ellinwood, KS.  Stroll through an underground passageway leading to the three shops that
tell a story of an underground city which met the needs of men working for commercial freight
wagon trains traveling the Santa Fe Trail.  Explore the Kansas Wetlands Education Center
at Cheyenne Bottoms.  Cheyenne Bottoms is the largest inland marsh in the U.S.  It is located
in the central flyway and a stop over for hundreds of thousands of migrating birds.
